The Royal Mail tracking number is generated when the ticket is printed (as with any Royal Mail delivery) however our Penny Post range are sent on an untracked 24hr service.
Please note that this is a free delivery service and parcels usually take 1-2 days to be delivered. While you may select a date at the point of order, this date is not guaranteed under this service.
With this in mind, please accept the email as confirmation of despatch but disregard the tracking number entirely.
